Enemy Hampered by Allied Airmen.

London, July 15. The Par-is correspondent of the Exchange Telegraph Agency says that the delay in the offensive was largely due to the enemy's difficulty in concentrating troops and material' Onr aerial observation has so reduced his activity that during the day even 20 miles behind the lines he cannot move at one time more than one battery or company.
