The Chairman of the American Council of Czechs states that there are 100,000 men in the Czechoslovak forces in Siberia and else- • where.
Advices received from Vladivostok state that the Czecho-Slovaks attacked an armed force of former German prisoners. The Czechs captured COO and also took the town of. Nikolsk, 80 miles northwest of Vladivostok.
