TOWN HALL MATTERS.

At th, meeting of the Borough Council on Wednesday evening the Towu Hall Committee intimate I h« v with Mr Meikle examined iho Town Hall. They r ported as follows: _ 1 -That the seating accommodation is too lightly constructed for geueral public wear. As Wharf Street 13 not graded to ita true level and as the cost of ibia would not c-.rno out of the Town Hall fund it should be considered bj the Works Conimittee.
