It says; '• We have Judas among us. He appears in the red court mantle of Germany's hangman.'' The paper asks : " Who will save Germany from this traitor if not the German people?" It adds: "Germans, help yourselves and God will help you." It is understood that the phrase " Germany's hangman/ refers to Iho Kaiser.
