The Beriin Tageblatt states that a general strike in Buda Pest commencad on the morning of the 18th inst. Bosnian soldiers, with machine guns, surrounded the inner city and strorgly occupied all bridges. The strikers massed in the outer portions ot the capital and were not allowed to enter the .inner city. Street traffic was entirely suspended, and the shops were closed. Unity. members of the Labourers', Soldiers'and Students 1 Union were irrested before the strike.
