Grave Revolts at Viborg.

"The" semi-official Finnish Agency states that grave revolts fcave occurred during tbepast few days, chiefly at Viborg, in which the Russian soldiers participated. A general strike has beer proclaimed and the authorities are stopping the railways in order to prevent the movement of Russian tioops.
