Huysmans, the Swedish Leader, and Secretary of the International Scciaiiat Bureau, said; "If the moderate and democratic war aima of the Labour Patty were presented at an international Labour Conference then the Austro-German Labour Party sould be curapelleil to declare their v?ar aims and if a general .-agreement transpired fighting would be paralysed." Mr A. Henderson, in a circular to the Labour delegates, recapitulates Labour war aims, lie adds: "All the Socialist paitiea in Europe now agree with the Bolsheviks and so does Prtsi' dent Wihon's published statement."
