Heavy Losses of German Submarines.

Rome, Jan 23 The Ageozia Liberates' Berne correspondent says 22 German submarines were reported missing in December. The German Admiralty, with a view to counteracting alarm in naval circles, issued a statement that most of the missing submarines were sent to disfcaut waters and hope was not abandoned.
