Mr Harold Williams, the war correspondent, in a despatch from Petrograd, says: "The dissolution decree justifies the Bolsheviks' action. Tha Assembly wbs to be a crown, bourgeois and parliamentary republic, but that proved an obstacle in the path of tbe October revolution. It ia not national, but only class institutions, like the Soviets, which are able to overcome the resistance of the propertied classes and lay tbe foundation, of Socialist order."
M. Lenin, spewing at a Socialist meeting, said: "Tbe Soviets arfi kindling the flames of revolution. I command all the people to fight the Soviets, who are breaking the pillars of the Bourgeois. Order w.ill not be achieved with gloved hands but in*- a proleterian way,' "
Mr Williams goes on; "It ia evident thtc Socialism will be introduced at th« bayonet's point. Tbe programme will not be executed without a struggle. The portion ia extremely critical.* 1 Australian and W Z. Cable Assoc. Bee Jan 24, 8 10 am Petrograd, Jan 23
