Resignation of Austrian Ministry.
Australian and N Z Cable Assoc Rec Jau 23, 11 50 am Amsterdam, Jan 22 Count yon Toggenburg is forming an Austrian Cabinet. Wekerle, Hungarian Premier, has also gone to Vienna to offer the Cabinets resignation. Berliu papers, except the Socialist organ Vorwaerts, have adopted complete silence. The Vorwaerts regards the situation as oue of extreme gravity and opines that Austria is turning against the veiled annexatioDisui of the German policy.
