An agreement has been reached at Brest Litov.sk between the Central Powers and the Ukraine, under which the war terminates and both parties will immediately resume economic relations. The delegations will consult their respective Governments and Premiers in regard.to ratification of the final peace treaty. The tele\>n>m does not mention the peace
terms.
