Puglie9?cor,ti accused nineteen Deputies of collaborating in the r;«ws- • paper Limoge9, founded with German \ money, in which Dr Ltebknecht and; Herr Bernstein were interested He? further accused M. Longuet, who is? Karl Marx's grandson, of writing for German and Swi9B papers. Finally, the Chamber, by 368 vct«s to 118, adopted an order of the day Jtating that the GaverntEent should chsck all Royalist and other movements attempting to create civil war, aud expressing confidence in the Government to act. During the debate a Socialist member, named M. Mayeras, struck M. Pugliesaconti, who subsequently sent hia second to M. Mayeras, who declined to admit himself wrong as M. Pugelieseconti had produced a revolver. M. Pugliesscouti ttieu sent hia second to M. Lorgutt.
