Trouble Forecasted in Petrograd.
Petrograd, Jan .14 A correspondent forecasts the recrndesceiice of interuecine strife in the capita^, owing to the belief that it Is the Bolsheviks' intention to declare the forthcoming congress of Soviets as a national convention in lieu of the Constituent Assembly. A significant fact is that two cruiser destroyers have arrived, an ice channel having becu specially broken for these vessels. The Social Revolutionaries and'the Coiumitfcets of First " of All Russian Soviets are vigorously urging the citizens' army to organise and defend the assembly by force.
