Bolsheviks Plan Armed Demonstration Against Germany.
Australian and N Z Cable Assoc. ftec Jau 15, 8 p m Washington, Jan 14. It is officially reported from Petrograd that demobilised Russian officers have been ordered to report for service immediately. 1 his is interpreted to mean that the Bolsheviks plan an armed demonstration against Germany.
