An official statement says :

The enemy was driven out of an advanced position near Gkalujeh, northeastward of Deltawa on Wednesday and Thursday. He withdrew northeastwards of Deltawa on Wednesday and Thursday, and withdrew northeastwards in the direction of Serai on Friday. We are following the Turks, who are falling back towards Deliabbaa. The 6uemy losses were heavy, while our losses wore equal to the Turks' killed.
