J, Butcher, Government Meteorologist, for the following report concerning the weather for the month of November: Mean maximum temperature 61.0 Mean minimum ten perature 51.9 Approximate mean temperature for month • 59.5 Mean daily ranp.e of temperature 15.1 , Extreme maximum temperature on 17th 7Q >5 Extreme maximum temperature on Ist 3 3>0 Mean amountof cloud 6.7 Total rainfall 11.23i'n Number of days on which rain fell 18 Maximum rainfall in any 24hrs, on the 9th 2.17 in Another notable rainfall, the third heaviest so far recorded (Apiil 1911 15.05, Oct., 3916, 14.06) this, month as above. The average fall ior November is 3.58 points, and the average days with rain is 13.
