LIBEL ACTION.
Sydney, Dec 3 Mr H D Mclntosh has issued a writ against the newspaper Mirror, claiming £5,000 damages, for alleged libel contained in an article referring to the disappearance of the boxer Les Darcy, and the alleged cunneetion with it of Mr Mclntosh.
