The Irish Party, sitting afc Dublin, accepted the Home Rule scheme, excluding six Ulster counties, The meeting was powerfully influenced by Mr Devlin's speech, which lasted for nearly an hour. There is no information^, at present respecting the attitude of the Nationalists in Ulster, upon whom settlement virtually depends,
