.....Official.— Fighting between Austria and Montcaegro has been resumed. The High Comanssioner, under thte Loudon, January 20th, 5.50 [) n!, reports : —
A French official report denies that negotiations for peace with Montenegro ever occurred, and the army never capitulated. The King is at Podgoritza, with troops, a rjd is continuing resistance. , ®
