Intrigue of German Military Representative.
Rome, Oct 4, The newspaper Corriere Delia Sera's Petrograd repiesentative says the Quadruple Entente has pointed out to M,Ridisltvoff. the Bulgarian Premier, that since Colonel Nassa, who is considered to!>e a specialist at intrigue, fciifaen the German military representative at Soda, German officers hive been distributed among the various Bulgiriin regiments and batteries with instructions to create an incident precipitating a conflict between Bulpriw and Serbian troops.
