GREAT CONFLAGRATION.
Many People Killed or Injured.
New York, Sept 28. At Ardinore, Oklahoma, a spark from a workman's hammer ignited a tank car of gasoiiae, resulting in an explosion. Fires broke out and ruined two city block?, which were razed. From the ruins thirty five bodies hf.vo been recovered. 3?ifty persona are believed to bo crushed to death under the fallen walls. Martial law was declared, A. .panic followed the explosion. 'Every'biii'ding on either side of the main street was demolished. Over the splintered building for blocks around the flaming gasoline was thrown, starting scores of fires.
Two hundred persona were injure' and removed to the hospital.
