Fierce Conflict at Many Points. Tetrograd, Sept 28. A communique says:— Four German attacks westward of Vileyka were repulsed. We captured a thousand unbounded Germans and thirteen guns, including five of laru;e calibre. We compelled the enemy near Deleatrischi to fall back, inflicting great losses. We surprised an Austrian battalion at Labusy, on the isuara. bayoneting a number and taking 364 prisoners. The enemy rernDant was forced beyond the river Frenc'e. House to house fighting ended in the capture of Sliesnits, in tho Lower Stokho region. Nearly all the defenders were killed. Austrian reinforcements compelled us to evacuate Novo Alexinatz. We counter-attacked with the bayonet, and re expelled the enemy. We killed many and captured one thousand.
