Austrians and Germans Routed

Paris, Sept 2-1 The military correspondent of the Echo de Paris in referring to Generals lvanoft's aud. Bltsiloft's armies in the'Skwa aud Stryi regions, says they pierced the Austrian front and captured thousands. They also routed the Austrians and Germans eastward of Lutsk. The enemy abandoned Lutsk and crossed the Stryi, the Russians pursuing.
