A Vienna message states that M. Uadoslavoff, Premier of Bulgaria, addressing the Cabinet declared thsfc Bulgaria cannot remain unmoved in the presence of a quickly developing situation. In order to be prepared for all events by the Allies she must keep up a strong force, which she vow had time to mobilise.
