Rec Sept 21, 1.10 p m Amsterdam, Sept 20 A Germau communique states :— General you Hiudeuburg forced the Russians to retreat south-west of Dviask. Wo repulsed a Russian attempt to break through at Oryaajapk. The retreat of the Russians in the Vilna district is proceeding. The Russians are temporarily resisting at a few points only.
