Allies Ask for a Declaration.
Kec Sept 19, 2 30 p in. Paris, Sept 17. The Allies havo presented a joint Note to Bulgaria, asking that country to declare itself between them and the Central Power*. The Note is not an ultimatum. London, Sept 18, It is reported that {he presentation of the Note to Bulgaria comes fruiu New York through Renter's. KeeSept 20, 10 10 am. Athens, Sept 10. It is reported from Sofia that King Ferdinand received the leaders of the Opposition who expressed themselves opposed to the Government's GermanophiJe policy and recommended the formation of a new Government. The King promised to seriously consider tun representation.
