The Bay of Plenty Timea has unfortuaately been unable to escape the troubles that are affecting all newspapers in New Zealand at the present time, more or less, in obtaining supplies of newspaper. We found it necessary, in order to give an adequate news service, to slightly increase the size of the sheet, but owing to the erratic manner in which shipments are arriving, r.nd the difficulty of obtaining supplies locally, we have been forced to return for a time to the smaller size, with an occasional inset sheet, untel cabled instructions regarding the larger size can operate.

Mr G Hopkins notifies owners of horses and cattle running on bis property at Oropi, formerly Lndwig's, to remove same on or before noon on the 24th inst. After that date all stock will ibe impounded and damages claimed. Grazing charges must be paid before removal of stock.
