The time b»d been juat about doubled and the estimates were farcical; He would like the architect when they asked for an opinion to give them a candid opinion. He moved: That the attention of the architect be drawn to the enermbus discrepancy of the estimated time the clerk of works would ha required and the time actually, required. Cr Whiting seconded. Cr Badger said the architect cttld not control the weather and the contractors had already applied for an extension of time on account of tho weather. The motion was carried.
