Amsterdam, Sept 14 The Hamburger Fremdenblatt sneers at the failures of the oversea contingents at the Dardanelles. It says since the Turkish entry into the war the world has witnessed nothing buc Turkish heroism and wonderfullytenacious endurance. New troops are constantly arriviug to reinforce tho Allies. They may come from where they will, but the Dardanelles will stand iirm. The last formidable British attempt at Suvla Bay was a piematurely announced victory, buc was defeat, doubly serious with enormous losses, and decisively proved the tenacity of the Turks' defence and their combined lightninglike mobility. The British now admit that the Suvla Bay enterprise finally failed.
