GARDEN PARTY AND FLOWER SHOW.
To-morrow afternoon in tbe Presbyterian Church grounds a garden parly and flower show will be held. The function has been arranged by tbe member of the Young Women's Bible Class, and no effort has been epared to ensure its success. Competitions have been so arranged as to furnish the widest possible field for all who wish to test their skill, special attention having been paid to the children's classes. AH entries for the competitions must be in by 11 o'clock tomorrow morning. A work stall, Christmas tree and sweet stall will be among the attractions and a number of girls under the direction of Miss Carleton will give a Maypole Dance. A charge will be made for admission, but afternoon tea will be provided free. Part of the proceeds are to be devoted to the Wounded Soldiers' Fund.
