Kec Sept H, 9 55 urn London, Sept 13 The Daily Telegraph's Athens correspondent reports that a Turkish official source states that a higher German coramand has notified Berlin that the Turkish army canuot continue beyond the 25th inst. ■*
. Reports from private sources agree in depicting the position of Turkey as deplorable, and her collapse is sure unless German help soon arrives.
