A diplomatic source reports that Servia is about to discuss the situation with Bulgaria with the greatest confidence of sympathy. The Entente is considering the Servian reply and will shortly submit a, final decision to Servia.
Increasing the German Army. Rec Sept 12, 3 p m. Copenhagen, Sept 11. It is estimated in Berlin that the alterations in the military law, referred to on August 27, will add three hundred thousand men to the army. A fresh alteration is ready to be made if the additions are insufficient. British Gunboat Bombards Enemy Camps. Mitylene, Sept. 12, A British gunboat yesterday bombarded the camps at Aivali, aeroplanes simaltanecusly bombing aid destroying the barracks. A number of soldiers were killed.
I Victims of the Zeppelin Raid. Sec Sept 11, 11 25 a m. ;> London, Sept 10. Oftioial. Regarding the Zeppelin raid of the 7tk inst the bodies of the three missing people have been fouud; Four of those seriously injiued have died.
