Diplomatists are highly optimistic and are convinced that Bulgaria has given up the idea of throwing in her lot -with Austro Germany Roumania is prepared to put 300,000 Bieu in ihe field in the event of either an Austro German iuvasion of the Balkan?, the eutry by Bulgaria into the conflict, or the definite conquest of the Uaidanelles.
Russia has sent Rouinania half a million heavy coats and boots for mountain warlare.
