A coiriuiuuique , states that the enemy attacked our positions &t Lingekopf aod Barrenkopf, usiug asphyxiating shells.
Our first line, of trenches at Sehratzmaenelle had to be evacuated owing to the use of blazing liquids, but by a counter-attack we legained most of the lost ground. The enemy gained a footing, bub was subsequently ejected, ou the summit of Hartrnannsweilerkopf Our aeroplanes bombarded the mines and batteries in Nonuenbrucik wood and- the railway station at Lutterbach. They also dropped thirty sheik on the railway station at; Grandpae.
