. - Rec Sept 9, 8.50 p.m. Tokio, Sept 9. There is intense military activity «t Vladitostock, where the wharves we loaded with war materials from Jipan for Europe and America. Irantportition of ordinary freight on tbe Siberia railway is limited to twenty ■orthirty tons daily, the rest of the *■& being devoted to war supplies. The relations between Russians and "■P"*B* are daily growing more cordial.
