WHEAT ACREAGE
BIG DEDUCTION

The agricultural statistics of 1911! show that the expansion of the world's wheat acreage in ID 10-11 has received a severe check. In 1912 the acreage in the British Empire declined 2,287,000 acres, and in Europe 2,024,000 acres, chiefly in Russia, while the United States lost 3,720,----000 acres.
