STRIKE IN PORTUGAL
STRIKERS FINANCIAL.
Madrid, February 28 , A strike of railwaymen lias occurred in Portugal. Travellers report that the strikers are abundantly supplitd with gold and that all telegraph arid telephone wires are cut. President Arriaga threaten• to dissolre the federation of syndicalists if a persistent attempt is made to transform the railway into a general strike. Lome of the railway men have resumed work. The majority of the men condemn the commission of outrages.
