THE VOTE ON RESUMPTION. \ MAJORITY AGAINST THE PROPOSAL. 1 Received at 11.20 a.m. London, April 2. One hundred and twenty-three thousand miners voted in favor of resumption, and 135,000 against. Durham, Lancashire, Scotland, and South Yorkshire voted largely .against resumption.
