Trouble in Cent ral Af rica.
London, March 7. — Major Lugard's expedition to Lagos Hinterland has left England. The sitting of the Anglo-French Delimitation Commission has been discontinued in consequence of the illness of the French members of the Commission.
Colonel McOallum, Governor of Lagos, who is now in the Hinterland, is proceeding to Okuta and Otuu, in the Borgu country. Paris, March 7.— The Temps asserts that the object of McCallum's movement is to isolate the French posts in Kishikeinna and Paraku. It adds that this will have the effect of aggravating the situation and wili involve the risk of conflict between the British and French in West Africa.
