[Before Dr. Leslie and Gk Arnold "Ward, Esq., J.Ps.] TUESDAY, MAY 21st, 1895. Moss v. E. Hay-Chapman, claim £6 l9s for preparation of certain deeds and expenses incurred. No appearance of defendant. Judgment by default with costs. A. W. Snodgrass v. E. Hay-Chap-man, claim £7 Bs, balance of payment for wagon and trough, Mr Moss for Slamtil, no appearance of defendant, udgment by default with costs. McCartney v. P. Starkey, claim for possession of a tenement. Adjourned till next Court day, Justices having no jurisdiction ia such cases. Humphreys v. Sampson, claim £1 13s. Adjourned till next Court day.
