At 5 p.m.; the menabers, 26 in all, met to await the ' final message from His ExcePency. £1" • Mr. Speaker informed the ijtaW that His Excellency was thankful for supply voted and desired to. express his congratulations for the f|ork ■"■<& the session and particularly for the passage of the Electoral and'-Omnal Code Bills. '
Then came from Speaker fcftr the last time,— ' The quostion is that tJiis House do nowfidjourn.' Theboll was rung and the Speaker atmgunced 13 on each side and that he gave his vote for the ayes, and so, amid cheerful tali and laughter the Parliament of 189,3 came to an end.
