j London, August I.— The Daily News correspondent at Bangkok says I that Admiral Huraann has issued an I order for a fresh blockade and has ordered the British ships Pallas and Swift to withdraw. The concessions made by Siam include half of Luang Prabang, on the Mekhong but no islands in the Gulf of Siam. Np Siamese forces are to be maintained at Battombang nor any warships to be kept on the Great Lake or on tbe Mekhong.
