[reuter's TELEGRAMS.] London, October 15. A procession of London unemployed >■ 'proceeded to the Mansion House with a black' banner flying, on which was inscribed "Bread or work,". Arriving L there^he deputation made a demand • for food or employment. October 16. Further demonstrations of the unemployed occurred on Friday.
