LONDON UNEMPLOYED.
[reuter's TELEGRAMS.] London, October 15. A procession of London unemployed >■ 'proceeded to the Mansion House with a black' banner flying, on which was inscribed "Bread or work,". Arriving L there^he deputation made a demand • for food or employment. October 16. Further demonstrations of the unemployed occurred on Friday. Several : persons wore caps with " Liberty" on > them, and the "Marseillaise" was i sung. The Lord Mayo* refused to receive the deputation, and was hooted. There was hooting and groaning also j outside the Standard newspaper office/ The police seized some red and blacw [ flags, and dispersed the gathering. M
