THE QUEEN'S JUBILEE CELEBRATION.
[REUTER'S TELEGRAMS.] London, February 28. In the House of Commons last night Mr Smith, First Lord of the Treasury, announced that Queen Victoria would attend a Jubilee Service in Westminster Abbey on the 21st of June, which would be proclaimed a general holiday.
