Open to all owners. 3 Sculling Bags, for skiffs 16 feet and under ; to be rowed upon a bona fide gunwale. All comers. 4 Whaleboat Race, for boats steered by'au oar, and not built for raoing purposes. Open to all comers — Europeans and Maoris. 5 K/SEL Boats, any dimensions. Open to all comers — Europeans and Maoris (2nd class centre-board boats excepted) . No time allowance. 6 Skiff Race, of 16 feet and under, pulled by two oars and coxswain, to be rowed upon a bona fide gunwale.
