PARLIAME NTARY GOSSIP.
[BY TELEGRAPH.] [FROM OTTB SPECIAL COERESPONDENT.] Wellington, last night. There will be no sitting of Parliament to-night the building being occupied for the first sessional ball, to be giVen by the members in celebration of the jubilee of the Queen's reign. It is generally understood in the lobbies that the Government has no intention of introducing a'tfew Representation Bill this session, based on recent census returns.
