NOTICE is her. by given that a Local Bill intituled " The Tauranga Harbour Board Act, 1885," will be presented to the General Assembly of New Zealand, and be road a second time on or after the 22ud day of June next. The said Bill is intended to constitute a Board for the Port of Tauranga, and to authorise the Governor to grant to such Board as an endowment certain lands within the Borough of Tauranga and the County of Tauranga, and also all the land between the high and low water mark of the port of Tauranga.
