AUCKLAND. "Wednesday. The death of Robert Graham yesterday morning caused much regret. The flags were hung at half-mast high. The funeral will take .place to-morrow at 2 o'clock. Waterhouse Nicholson, son of the late Dr Nicholson, was accidentally shot while alighting from the Helens-' ville train on Monday night. He had been out shooting with a party and the gun had not been discharged before entering the train. -A verdict of accidental death was returned by the jury, The railway authorities are taking proceedings against, the owner of the gun.
