SYDNEY, May 21. It is announced that New Zealand will send a representative to Sydney on the return of the New South Wales contingent to convey congratulations from that colony to tUe troops. Dry weather continues, great inconvenience ia felt owing to the scanty water supply. The City Engineer is adopting measures to iucreaue the quantity obtainable from Botany reservoir.
