PAEROA.
Monday. Mr Kelly canvassed the elector!* at Thames Kirikiri, Puriri, and neighbourhood on Friday and Saturday, and was well pleased with the assurances of support which he received. To-day ! he was at Hikutaia and Paeroa and so onwards. The School Committee for Puriri and Hilmtai'a, where the school-houses are polling-places, have announced that they will not give tbo ttueof them unless one guinea be paid for each beforehand. " The?
